Lux Invicta

Unconquered light.

You saw the work. This is who built it.

That was the pitch. Somebody else’s website, doing its job. Yours is next.

01Entry

Consider us introduced

Nobody finds this page. Somebody hands it to you.

There’s no ad pointing here, nothing to search for. The only way in is the way you came. Somebody I build for showed you their site and gave you my name. So this isn’t a cold call, and you’re not a stranger making it: a call like yours is the only kind this number gets. You’re expected.

02Handover

Taking over

Taking over from someone else is most of what I do.

Day one, you own everything. In your name, on your email, with your password.

  • Domain
  • Hosting
  • Analytics
  • Tag manager
  • Ad accounts
  • Google Business Profile
Yours In your name

I get access. You get ownership. If you ever walk away from me, you walk away with all of it, still running.

Then I find out what’s actually true about your business online. Not what a report claims. What Google is really doing with your pages, what people actually type before they call you, which of your services have been invisible this whole time. That part usually turns up something good, not just something broken. More than once I’ve found a service a business was already winning and nobody had ever bothered to track it.

03Mechanism

Two ways in.
One way through.

If you already have a site

You own the hard part already.

Your domain has years of history behind it and search engines already trust it. Most of the time nothing worth ranking was ever put there, so that trust just sits idle. Building on it properly is the fastest honest win available, and it’s been yours the whole time.

If you don’t have one yet

Then everything happens on purpose.

No inherited decisions to work around, nothing done by guesswork. The structure, the pages, what each one exists to win, all of it chosen. Built to be found, not just to look finished. History is the one thing I can’t hand you on day one; it has to be earned. So we start earning it now, on work built to deserve it.

Measure it.

Organic search, your Google Business Profile, the site itself, and the Google Analytics and Tag Manager underneath it all. I build every piece, so the numbers connect. Every call, form and request for directions, traced to what earned it, from the first week. When the answer isn’t search, you’ll see that too. Not my word for it. Yours, on your own screen.

04LuxOps

You get LuxOps

Not a report. A login.

Rankings, the map pack, site health, AI visibility, and every lead that comes in, all updating on their own. I built this too. It’s the same screen I work from, not a version cleaned up for you first.

Put it on your phone’s home screen and check it at a red light. You’ll never have to ask me how it’s going, because you’ll already know. If you want to know why, that’s what the phone call is for.

05Person

Who you’re calling

Twenty years of SEO. The same twenty building sites that rank.

I came up in the era when you had to understand why something worked, because there was no tool that would tell you and nobody to ask. That’s still how I work. I go deeper than any one job strictly requires, and I’d rather know the answer than have an opinion about it. You get the benefit of that without paying for the hours.

I ran my own shop, then spent years with my hands too full to take anyone new. That part’s done. I’m building LUX now, and the systems underneath it.

It’s just me. No account manager in between, no junior doing the work with my name on it. I build the tools that carry the load, so one person can cover ground that usually takes a room. The judgment stays mine. It’s also why the client list is short. You can’t do this properly for a hundred people at once.

LUX runs on merit and accountability. Doing it right the first time, and being the one still there when you call. If you want the cheapest option, I’m not it. If you’ve paid for this before and you want to see the receipts this time, we’ll get along.
